Automatic dryer (6-layer rotary type)

The automatic dryer can handle various types of food and tea. Baking and drying traditional Chinese medicinal materials, local specialties, aquatic products, and dried goods to enhance their fragrance.

An automatic dryer is composed of an oven frame, a rotating device, a transmission device, and a hot air device.
① Check whether the rotating device and transmission device are normal, and clean the remaining leaves in the oven.
② Before drying, turn on the heat to fully preheat the large drying oven. Then, place the bamboo sieve with evenly spread tea leaves on the rotating frame inside the oven, close the tea inlet door, and turn on the machine again.
③ After drying for 5-25 minutes each time, the tea door should be opened to observe the dryness of the tea leaves.
④ After drying, turn off the fire, open the tea door of the fully automatic dryer, remove the bamboo sieve from the rotating frame and place it on the tea rack to clean the accumulated leaves in the oven.
Precautions for using an automatic dryer
1. Large drying machines are non explosion proof products. Do not bake flammable, explosive, or volatile materials to prevent explosions.
2. After use, the power must be cut off.
3. Once a malfunction occurs, it must be repaired before it can be used.
Note: The processing time for a single batch of longan meat is about 12 hours using a fully automatic dryer. The temperature is controlled at 75-80 ℃ for the first 4 hours, and checked every 2 hours thereafter. The temperature is reduced by 5 ℃ and kept constant until it reaches 60 ℃. Check every 30 minutes within the last 2 hours, mainly to check the dryness of longan meat.
